Q1. Are you factory or trade company?

A:We are factory and trade company.

Q2. Can I have a sample order ?

A:Yes, after price confirmation, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 5-7days, mass production time needs 15-30 days for order quantity more than MOQ

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A:Only 100pcs.

(For sample checking only 1pcs is also available.)

Q5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

A:PDF, AI, JPG

Q6. Can you do the packing design for us?

A:Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in display design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect display. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q7. What’s your payment term?

A:30% deposit and balance against BL copy or before shipping.

Q8. What will you do in case of bad quality?

A:Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and we control the defective rate less than 0.3%.
Second, replacement or refund if product defective caused by our company.
